Ke Kukui Foundation and hālau Kaleinani O Ke Kukui will be doing the opening ceremony for CROCCʻs Race Around the Island with hula and oli (traditional Hawaiian dance and chant). The opening ceremony will be followed by the Columbia River Outrigger Canoe Clubʻs race.
