Development Programs
Ke Kukui Foundation’s Hoʻoulu Development Programs are dedicated to advancing our people, arts, and culture so that Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders can thrive in the Pacific Northwest. These programs cultivate the next generation of leaders, artists, and cultural practitioners by providing access to authentic Hawaiian knowledge, mentorship, and hands-on learning. Rooted in ʻike kupuna (ancestral wisdom) and guided by respected practitioners, Hoʻoulu programs ensure our community has the resources, representation, and cultural grounding necessary to flourish away from the homeland. Through pathways in leadership, creative expression, and cultural stewardship, we are building a future where our people not only remain connected to their identity—but are empowered to carry it forward with excellence and pride.
